Please wash off sand outside before entering house from beach. please sweep up excess sand both outside as well as inside. We have included 2 electric and 2 non electric bikes. Please do not bring bikes on the sand. A lock is provided and locked to a pole or something hard. This unit is aprox 1,300 sq feet. It has two bedrooms with locked door's. Upstairs is the master room with a memory foam mattress, King size bed with lanai balcony overlooking the pool as well as a walk-in closet and Master bathroom w/large shower, toilet and sink with granite tops and travertine floors. The bedroom flooring is hardwood and the stairway leading to is mango hardwood. Downstairs has waterproof flooring with marble entrance along with a Queen sofa bed. There is also a 50" Smart TV and Bay windows overlooking the pool. All rooms have Koa ceiling fans with a LED light. Outside the Kitchen area is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All tile is travertine as well as Burgundy Cherry hardwood cabinets and granite tops along with travertine flooring. Just off the Kitchen is Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed. All beds have memory foam mattress The kitchen sliders lead to an open lanai with table and chairs. This area is covered and in a peaceful setting with views of the pool and lush greenery. Pool Deck is slippery when wet. All guest are allowed and will have exclusive use of the pool, which includes laying out to get sun, outside Lanai eating and sitting area.Pool area hours 8am to 9pm. please no glass outside Lanai eating area. Our Dog swims daily between 4:30 and 5 pm as well needs to receive himself will be on a llash My wife and I live on the other side of this attached house. We are here to help you in anyway needed. We are available as little or as much as needed. You can reach me via text. I will need to go over the bikes usage with you upon you arrival. We live in a quiet neighborhood and are close to restaurants, grocery store and 1/2 mile walk or 10 minute to Kailua Beach Our area is safe and very easy to get around. Bus is 200 yards away and located on a main street. We have 4 electric bicycles and 2 non electric for your use. Bikes need to be locked 100% of the time when not in use. Lock to a pole and lock all bikes together. We are not responsible for any damage; renters are fully responsible for any damage. Bikes travel about 15 MPH and can pedal as well. We will need to go over this before anyone uses them A cleaning fee of $315 will be added. Guest to do their own cleaning of dishes after rinsing off excess food and placed in dishwasher. No smoking on site if unit has the smell of smoke additional charges will be added.
