Our home is located on a tidal marsh in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Conveniently situated between downtown and the beaches, it's easy to walk to local points of interest including the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Anastasia State Park. There are three queen bedrooms: one master with en-suite bathroom with tub, and two queen bedrooms which share a hall bath with stand up shower. Our large, fully-equipped kitchen with peninsula island opens up into the bright living room with plenty of natural light and spectacular views of the tidal marsh. The dining room has enough seating for 6 to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. Feel free to use our grill and patio as well! Guests have access to the entire home, fenced- in yard, and patio. Keyless entry. We are not on site but always only a phone call or message away. Our quiet, residential neighborhood is conveniently located between the beaches and downtown St. Augustine on Anastasia Island. Walking distance to the Alligator Farm and a short drive to the Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach and downtown St. Augustine. There are a few points of interest within walking distance but you will likely want to have a car to explore all of St. Augustine while you are here. ** Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation ** $100 pet fee per pet with prior approval.
