Great location! House conveniently, centrally located. Perfect for medical students on different rotations or travelers. OSF St. Francis, Unity Point - Methodist & The University of Illinois College of Medicine are a short 10 minute drive away. Great whimsical basement bedroom! Queen sized bed, dresser & generous closet. Study, relax, watch TV or do a little exercise on the treadmill & the spinning bike in the basement great room. Parking on street (quiet court). Great ranch home located on a quiet court. There are two steps leading into the house and a flight of steps leading to the guest basement bedroom. Bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Laundry available for your use right outside your door. Large Basement Great Room includes treadmill, spinning bike, couch, ottoman, LOTS of books to read, small (college size refrigerator), Keurig, treats , and TV (no cable) with Netflix, HULU and Amazon Prime. There is also a table to eat simple meals (if you don’t want to eat in the kitchen/Family room upstairs). Guest are welcome to use the following shared spaces: • Laundry (located in the hallway outside your bedroom) • Basement great room • Kitchen ***NOTE: The homeowner will be in the basement to use the workout equipment, do laundry and access the storage rooms. The Dining Room and upstairs Living Room is not shared with the guest (for homeowners only). Travis and I will be available during your stay if needed. We are home most evenings and are usually early to bed. My house is located in the middle of a family neighborhood on a quiet court. Because of the location there is really NO through traffic. The neighborhood is shaped like a “U" with two courts within. The "U" starts and ends on Glen Avenue. My neighbors are wonderful! My house is centrally located in Peoria making it easy to get around quickly. CityLink Bus - their website lists Route Guides and times. At the entrance to the neighborhood there is a bus stop. Peoria has several Uber drivers. Currently, I am doing a little remodeling to my master bathroom. ***Because of this there is a hole in the guest bathroom ceiling (it has a “patch” in place) that we are waiting to repair until the upstairs shower is finished. *** I am sorry for the inconvenience!
