We have FREE Wi-Fi practically throughout the building, there is also a pool in the building and a Pool table. You can store your car in a private parking lot, although the street is 100% safe. HOUSE RULES ADDITIONAL GUESTS Our rate is calculated based on how many people will stay in the apartment, so at the time of booking you must define the correct number of people who will occupy the apartment. In case of not doing so, you must pay a fee of 300 pesos per guest per night for each of the people who exceed the amount declared when reserving. In the event that additional guests arrive only a few days to those declared in the reservation, they must be paid at the rate of 300 pesos for each guest per night that stays in the apartment and that exceeds what is declared in the reservation. GUESTS The guests can be until 9 pm and not before 7 am, and only in the area of each apartment. POOL AND POOL TABLE The pool and pool table is for the exclusive use of our guests and guests are not allowed. The hours of the pool and pool table are from 9 AM to 9 PM NOISE AND PARTIES It is forbidden to hold parties or meetings as well as playing music with an exaggerated volume that causes discomfort to other guests CLEANING Normally no AirBnB offers daily cleaning service like hotels do (that's why our rates are more competitive) However, we include a full cleaning service every 7 days at no additional cost, at the time of Check-in the administrator will agree on which day this service will be carried out in reservations of more than 7 days. ADDITIONAL CLEANING When the guest wants more frequent additional cleaning, we offer two options that are: Light cleaning: cost $200 pesos. Does not include change of bed linen. Full cleaning: cost $400 pesos. Includes change of bed linen. You have to request it and pay it to the administrator. TOWELS In order to be able to offer our guests the most competitive rates possible, the apartment will have a bath towel for each guest declared when booking. We do not provide beach towels. SCHEDULES Check-in and check-out can be done without personal contact (since the pandemic), but we would love for the administrator to receive them in a personalized way. Depending on her arrival time, she will contact you 24 hours before check-in. For the checkout, leaving the key where they found it and sending us a message is enough. Normally we leave enough toilet paper for the days of your stay considering the number of guests, but if you have any additional needs, we would appreciate requesting it in a timely manner and preferably during daytime hours.
