Completed in October 2021, this 4-story townhouse is located in the rapidly developing Southside neighborhood. It provides a great mix of city townhouse style living, with the benefit a generous 2000 sq ft of living space. There is a small balcony off the kitchen / dining room and a rooftop deck with a large sectional. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the additional two share a main bathroom. The property is family friendly and for those visiting with babies or toddlers we have included a high chair, baby bath, XL pack and play, baby monitor, sound machine, and kids dinnerware. If you have any questions about what's available or need something else, feel free to inquire before booking! The property is also small dog friendly with pre-approval and a $150/trip pet fee. If you add the pet to your reservation you will automatically be charged the fee, otherwise a request will be sent for the pet fee after booking. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Garage parking is available for one mid-size SUV or smaller vehicle (our Hyundai Palisade is able to squeeze in!). Ample street parking is also available, usually out front, but always within a block. We do not live on site and won’t be around unless requested - the space is yours - make yourself at home! We may be able to provide a live check-in if requested at the time of booking! Up and coming Southside Chattanooga Ample street parking is available and you can walk or drive to nearby restaurants. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Due to the nature of the property (townhome with shared walls), it is not suitable for parties or events.
