Do NOT park in the driveway or the parking space in front of the house as that is assigned to the cottage next door. We are on the ocean. Once on our property you feel alone and don't even know there are homes on either side because of the large plants and shrubs that have been planted along the fence lines to give you privacy. Of course, the ocean view from the house and yard are just spectacular. Home has beach towels, lounge chairs, enclosed garage with remote, porta-a-crib, 4 televisions. There is fast WiFi but no cable - use the smart TV'S to log into your favorite subscription plan like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Weddings, parties, events, etc. are not permitted.
