If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way. Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels and complimentary WiFi. Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $22.50USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels. As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees. If you don’t want to think about shopping, we recommend arranging basic provisioning for your arrival through the Mobile Guest Guide. Your suite will be stocked with drinking water, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. We also provide keyed lock boxes for your valuables. We follow CDC suggested guidelines and guarantee that there will be a 24-hour space between departures and new arrivals. CB3 All of our guests are provided with a copy of our Mobile Guest Guide that provides a wealth of information about planning for your trip, travel to Belize, getting the the island, access codes and WiFi codes. The app is also fully integrated with GMaps making finding local restaurants, beaches and bars a breeze. Arranging flights from the international airport, filling out your Guest Registration form (required by the Belize Tourism Board), golf cart rentals, and excursions can also be arranged through the app. When you arrive on the island, we will meet you at your arrival point and guide you to your taxi (the taxi charge is $10.00USD). If you’ve rented a golf cart(s) we’ll arrange to have them delivered to the property for you. When you arrive at the unit the air-conditioning and lights will all have been turned on for you. If friends and family need to reach you, they can call the cell phone we provide at no charge to you (you’ll receive the number before you arrive). The Coral Bay Villas live-in caretaker can be reached 24 hours a day for emergencies. The property management offices are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. We are also available after hours for emergencies. Your unit includes a cell phone for local calls pre-loaded with $5USD of credit (more than enough for most guests over a week). If you have any problems at the villa during your stay our caretaker can assist you with anything you may run into and will also bring you fresh drinking water when needed. Our housekeepers will ensure that your unit is kept clean and fresh during your stay (due to COVID housekeeping is upon request for an additional fee only and needs to be arranged in advance of your arrival).
