Spectacular panoramic views of the river’s bend, and great trout fishing. Close proximity to Greers Ferry Lake or Sugarloaf Mountain. Two bedrooms comfortably sleep six people, with 2.5 bathrooms. RIVER HOUSE EXTRAS: As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our comfortable River home. Thank you in advance and we truly hope your stay is wonderful, fulfilling, stirring and Inspirational! • A washer and dryer are provided for your use as a super guest, as well as laundry detergent. • While Heber Springs water is excellent, we have provided bottled water for those that prefer it. Should you run out there is a second 5 gallon bottle in the closet across from the laundry room. • The inside and outside kitchen is well stocked with almost every kind of kitchen utensil Debbie and Wes can think of. All of these cooking appliances are for your use as a super guest, but please clean them after you use them. • Feel free to use the outside kitchen that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The grill is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. To aid in that, we have supplied PAM Grill cooking spray to help keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Propane is supplied, and should you run out of gas a second tank is provided, but beyond that it is up to you to provide your own gas. • Occasionally, we may leave consumables for the use of our guests while at the River House, such as condiments in the fridge, spices in the cabinets and coffee in the freezer. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion to consume these items if they wish. • Wood is provided for the use of our super guests. This wood can be used in the outside fire pit or inside the River house’s wood burning stove. However, there is a limit of 10 sticks per day. After a brief introduction we will leave you to enjoy your time while staying at our slice of heaven. We will always be available by text, phone and email should you have any questions. You wake at dawn to go fishing, but you have a choice. You can wade into the rivers walk-in access or fish off of the boat dock. As you see your line disappear into the morning fog you almost forget to pull in that Rainbow trout … almost. The beautiful landscaping with rock paths around the house, the outdoor kitchen and the fire pit overlooking the river, you may never find time to sleep. The house is on a dead-end street, so a stroll down the street will be safe and relaxing. You will need a car. This is one of the best walk in access holes on the Little Red for fly fishing. Dead drift and fast water for browns and rainbows are right out the back door. For those not strapping on waders, dock fishing couldn't be more relaxing and convenient. Bring a cooler and drinks with you! Remember this is a dry county, so no alcohol is sold here, bring your own.
