The lower remains locked and unoccupied. Includes 3 bdrm- 2 bath- open concept kitchen/living rm. Laundry rm is walled off in the garage- however usage of the garage itself is not permitted and is closed off. Front door access with a keypad and parking is in front of the house. Of note -during winter months (or snowy months - November- April ) a 4x4 vehicle is required or winter tires in order to make it up the street to our home. Access to the house is with a key pad at the front door. The access code will be send to guests via email or communicated via text prior to arrival. Communication via text/ call or email is available and will be provided with confirmation of the booking. On site parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Maximum 3 cars on property per stay. We are located 19 miles from Fairbanks International Airport and 14 miles from downtown Fairbanks. If you are travelling down Steese Hwy and take the Chena Hotsprings exit we are only 9 miles down the road.
