Bedroom with queen bed, pull out couch in living room, rec room with ping pong table that also has a double bed and doors for privacy. Washer and dryer. Private entrance with parking for 2+ cars. Sleeps 4-6. Owner lives upstairs, separated by a locked door. Pets negotiable. 3 person outdoor hot tub recently installed! Fully furnished, including all linens and utilities, ping pong table, WiFi and cable TV. New 3-4 person hot tub recently added Spacious yard with garden and blueberry bushes. Patio table and fire pit out size Owner lives on property, in the upstairs of the house. The rental is completely private by a locked door, with separate entrance and driveway. Just over a mile to Jay Village, Jay Village Inn (restaurant) and Jay Country Store. Hoagies mini mart is under 1 mile away. Jay Recreation Trails are around a mile away for snowshoeing, XC skiing, hiking and biking. Jay Peak Resort is just over 4 miles away. VAST snowmobile trail is under a half mile away. Home is just off a main road on a private, quiet lot with views of Jay Peak through the trees from the kitchen window and hot tub area Newport, Vermont (large grocery store, Wal-Mart, restaurant options) is about 30 minutes away. Hoagies Mini Mart with take out pizza/sandwiches and other menu options is under 2 minutes away (0.9 miles). Jay Village Inn (under 5 minutes) is my favorite dining experience in the area. Beautiful rivers and streams with fishing and swimming holes are close by, some less than a mile away. I am always happy to send you in the right direction! I am also an avid skier with lots of experience at jay peak and the local backcountry. I am more than happy to give advice to make your ski experience more enjoyable! Bathroom has standup shower. Double size bed in the rec room. I live upstairs with my 2 cats and daughter who is around a few days during the midweek. Footsteps may occasionally be heard from above. Hot tub has been working out great! I do everything possible to keep it up and running. However, it is an amenity. Refunds will not be given if it has last minute problems and cannot be used during your stay.
