Our other tenants are long-term and enjoy a quiet space. Entering the property you are in the living room with an adjacent kitchen. Here you will find a well stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and cooking oils,. The main level also has a half bath. To access the bedrooms your will go up the historic staircase (narrower than average with some shorter steps). On the upper level are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. To access the bathroom one will need to go through one of the bedrooms. The view is city and also M Hill. The third bed is an adult-sized fold out cot that is located in the linen closet. Should you wish to use it you can set it up where are you are comfortable. There are additional sheets, towels and pillows available there in the linen closet. The entire apartment is yours alone. I am typically available via cell phone any time and am happy to answer any questions you may have about your stay or the surrounding area. West Boulevard is Rapid City's Historic Homes district. Take a stroll or drive around the neighborhood and you will see an array of homes dating back to the 1880's. Parking space at Quincy is abundant. If you are able to take a stroll you may wish to avoid trying to find parking downtown on the busy nights by taking the approx 10 minute walk downtown. No sidewalk from street parking so follow the solar lights up to the house. The third bed is a fold out bed that is stored in the linen closet. There are sheets and blankets and pillows for it located there though you will need to set it up should you wish to use it.
