Our Coney Island Villa, located on beautiful Coney Island is a perfect for friends/family to be with lakefront access and stunning views of Table Rock Lake. This new Villa is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 4 queens, 1 sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer and private deck. If you rent 2 Villas side by side, there is an internal access door that connects them together making it a 4 bedroom, 4 bath suite. Our Restaurant and General Store here at Lakeside Resort is open seasonally. The new Villas are beautifully decorated with modern farmhouse decor. They are spacious, comfortable and come equipped with all the comforts of home. You can bring your boat and rent a slip in our resort dock or you can prearrange boat rental as well weather permitting. If you need additional lodging, contact us for adding Villas or Lodges. If you choose to bring a pet, the fee is $20 per dog per day.. We have a 14 slip dock that you can use. It's great for enjoying the beautiful lake, swimming or fishing. There will be an owner or employee available should you need anything while you are here. Coney Island is located down DD Hwy by land or across from Marker 7 by water. It is a quiet neighborhood with only a few people living here full time. It is very safe to walk, run or ride a bicycle. If you choose to bring a pet, there is a $20 per pet per day fee. Walk your dog on a leash, pick up after them in the yard, if you leave them alone in the unit they must be kenneled or crated. Please do not allow your dog to nuisance bark at other guests.
