The main floor is open & inviting. Fireplace in the living room, cozy lounge area, a large dining table & breakfast bar, a kitchen fully supplied with all for baking, cooking, eating , & a 1/2 bath. The living room couch pulls out into a double bed, & the ottoman unfolds into a single sleeping bed. There is a pocket door for partial privacy in the living room. The main floor has it's own mini split/air conditioning unit. Hip Nautic provides custom made soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, & hand sanitizer. The front porch is a great place to relax & have your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. We've got you covered with the Keurig coffee and tea. The backyard features a gas grill, dog runner cable, firepit, & chairs. Off street parking for up to 2 vehicles, & free on street parking.
