Casas de Guadalupe is a small enclave of 12 lovingly restored historic adobe casitas. This 2 story casita has a unique floorplan with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. If this casita is booked, we may have another casita available! Unfortunately, our calendar doesn't sink with Airbnb. We have to manually update it. Don't hesitate to write and ask what we have available. We may be able to make some room for you! Love the Santa Fe style? Then Live it! Casas de Guadalupe is a small enclave of 12 lovingly restored historic adobe casitas. Casita J is our smallest two bedroom, two bath casita, located just off of Guadalupe. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other a queen size bed. Tucked in back, it’s almost hidden, but located just steps off of Guadalupe making it easy to walk to the plaza, restaurants and museum! It’s quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and it also has an enclosed patio! Please note patio is not completely private - guests do pass through every now and than. Compact, cozy, and our most economical for an extended stay at Casa de Guadalupe. Full kitchen with all the amenities (everything but food!), washer and dryer, air conditioning/heater, parking, WiFi, parking, walk to the plaza! We do not have an office on site, but I can be reached at any time. My phone is always with me. If I miss you, leave me a message and I'll call you the minute I have an opportunity. I do have a manager that lives on site and can also help if there are any problems. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Mary Ann Quite neighborhood just off the plaza. Park is a small street just located off of Guadalupe, which is a main road that borders the plaza. Not many people use this street since it's more of a neighborhood than a through street. We have a terrific location, just minutes from the plaza and brand new Railyard, and in the heart of the historic district! Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, museums, art galleries, and much, much more! Two miles from Canyon Road and the Santa Fe Opera and minutes from The Lensic. Museum Hill features the Museum of Fine Arts and the Palace of the Governors, and the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum . Enjoy our exquisite spas such as Ten-Thousand waves or a day trip to Ojo Calliente. For those of you that enjoy the outdoors don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Indian ruins, hiking, rock climbing, rafting and skiing. Festivals all year round to include: Indian Market, Spanish Market, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, Zozobra, International Jazz and World Music Festival, Balloon Fiesta (Albuquerque). 20 Minute drive to the Ski area! We are located just off the plaza so it's very easy to walk any where in that area. Our plaza is very walkable and walked by many! Taxis are available and the bus station and train station are less than a mile from our properties. If you plan on visiting the pueblos, you will definitely need a vehicle. If you have pets, we do not ask for a pet deposit but do ask that you make sure to clean up after the little guys/gals. We do ask that if your pet does disrupt other quests, or causes any damages to the casitas, or the property that you as the owner take responsibility, personally and financially. Casita J has central heating and airconditioning. They do not run simultaneously. It's one or the other. We usually turn the heat on around October and the Air around May. There are extra space heaters and fans in the closets on site. Check in to the property is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Once your reservation is booked we will send a confirmation letter.
