We have coded access to the property for your convenience. We have a management team in place. Should you need anything prior to or during your stay, we are here and eager to help. Nestled right in the middle of the Old City, the property is walking distance from everything downtown Knoxville has to offer, including restaurants, bars, and shops. Our space is located Next door to some popular night spots in the Old City. Please be aware that it can get quite lively on the weekends and some weekdays from 12am to 3am. You can use Uber, Lyft, KAT Bus, one of the free trolleys, or the time tested method of walking to get around if you prefer to not (or shouldn't) drive. For your planning there are 25 steps that lead up to the second level of building where the studio is located. During the warmer months and on weekends the Old City can be quite a vibrant scene. That said, it can sometimes be noisy just by nature of where we are located, right in the heart of the action. While we have made provisions to help attenuate sound, we cannot guarantee your entire experience will be pin drop quiet. There is metered parking right outside of the loft and free street parking a couple blocks from the loft. There is also a paid parking lot just a block down the street. Need more space? Want to bring more friends for your gathering? Check out the Old City Charmer right next door. There is a shared vestibule at the top of the stairs between these two units. The Charmer has two bedrooms and can sleep 6 if needed. The Old City Escape is on the ground level right next door to the Studio and can house up to 8 people.
