At the Heart of the Trails you are right in the middle of all the bourbon trails & Wineries In Frankfort & min. to Lawrenceburg & Versailles. We are right next to the highway can be at any surrounding towns in a few! You also have Juniper Hills water park with playground barbecueing & golfing. We also have the game farm educational center to visit all the animals & fishing. Also bourbon tours everywhere. All one level home. This lovely house just been newly decorated new bedding, appliances and furniture!! This home sleeps 8 people with four bedrooms two bathrooms plus you have two large couches in the living room & Pack and play. A room with a futon & bed A beautiful desk to do any work you need to do. Washer & Dryer. Also a large backyard for grilling and play. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in. You have access to the entire house, except for the garage. If you need me please send a text. It’s a quiet peaceful neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Right around the corner from the hospital and the highway to get to many other places. Several distilleries and bourbon trails within a few miles of the house for example: Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Jim Beam and The Winery & the new distillery called Bourbon 30 and many many more. The fish & wildlife game farm right down the road, which have the family tours of live animals. You can always go fishing there as well. There is also Juniper Hills water park the whole family will love. They also have a golf course there and another area with a playground for kids and also grill , & workout to do whatever you like. All the fine dining is on this side of town. Longhorn restaurant Chili’s Chinese and Mexican restaurants plus Johnny Carino’s & much much more. Just a few miles to downtown capital Frankfort to do all the wonderful downtown tours ,Shops and attractions. A Wonderful place to visit is the old capital. We have Uber and lyft, the city bus, taxi and you can also rent a car. You have fire stick TV in every room. Plus cable in front room & Master bathroom along with fire stick tv.
