A newly remodeled, and beautifully designed beach home is located within a short bike ride from the beach and truly encompasses the essence and spirit of an endless summer, no matter what the season is. A clean and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher), pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, filtered ice-cold water from the fridge, and more. In the living room, you will find a comfortable couch, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV, and games. The first bedrooms feature a queen bed with memory firm cool-gel memory foam mattresses. The second bedroom features two single beds with memory firm cool-gel memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a cal-king bed with memory firm cool-gel memory foam mattresses, a Roku TV, a desk (Work From Home!), a ceiling fan, and sliding doors leading to the large East-facing backyard offering walled privacy. High-Speed Internet is readily available for guests to work or relax in the house. House is in a residential area, so guests must keep the noise down after hours. You'll want to have a car. Our driveway has space for two cars, and there is plenty of street parking. There are a couple of shopping areas nearby with a Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Subway, Publix grocery store, Super Target, Starbucks, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Chick-fil-A, Chili’s, McDonald's, and several other restaurants. Baptist Medical Center Beaches is 2 blocks away and Mayo Clinic is 1.5 miles away. The beach is 1.3 miles, a 7-minute bike ride. The Seawalk Pavilion is 2.2 miles north. You'll have the entire house to yourselves. Exclusive access is provided through a key-less smart lock. We primarily communicate with our guests through Airbnb. Located in an eclectic neighborhood, we are close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Publix, Target, Starbucks, The Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass; We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches! Our house is located in a family subdivision. The area offers great local food places & popular breweries, beach walks, festivals, the local nearby Theater, the Beaches Museum & History Park, Escape Room, Fishing Pier, Adventure Landing Park (largest water park in NE FL), Cradle Creek Preserve (kayaks & canoes), Surf School in Jax Beach. The Art Walk is a free event every third Thursday of the month in downtown Jax Beach. HOUSE RULES: ◦ No outdoor shoes in the house ◦ The Jax Beach is prone to high winds. When not in use, the umbrella must be down at all times. ◦ No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances. ◦ Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. We have a zero-tolerance policy for outdoor noise - violations could lead to immediate stay termination without refund. ◦ Pets are not allowed at this time. ◦ Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. ◦ Kids/Infants: The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed. Any children staying on the property must be supervised at all times ◦ BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS: We ask that you let us know immediately if something gets broken or damaged so we can take the appropriate steps to get it fixed and/or replaced before the next guests arrive. This IS NOT a party house, but we understand that accidents do happen. ◦ SLIPPERS/FLIP FLOPS No outdoor shoes in the house, please, as we strive to keep the home as clean as possible. Please bring flip-flops for walking in the backyard. ◦ NO PARTIES: This is not a party house and is not set up for large groups as we do have neighbors. We only allowed the four registered guests on the property at any one time. ◦ HOUSE VENDORS: Service providers such as house cleaners and landscapers/gardeners are scheduled regularly for service while you're staying with us.
