Enjoy your summer getaway in this special place: our cabin is located in walking distance from the downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store etc. Your options are plenty: our cabin can be a great base for hiking in the Rainier (30 min drive) or Skate Creek park (5 min)! Go fishing in the Cowlitz river across the road, relax in the hot tub, watch elk roaming the neighborhood, chill with Netflix or enjoy live music at a local brewery! Have fun and stay cool with central AC! Bedrooms and bathrooms (2/2): - The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite large bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. - The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a dedicated workspace. - The second full bathroom with the tub is accessible from the hall. Other areas: - The living room has a 55" LCD high definition smart TV with Netflix. - Queen size sleeping sofa bed in the living room with a foam memory mattress pad. - Stocked kitchen: includes a full size fridge, high-end dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, pots, pans, utensils, electric kettle, coffeemaker (with ground coffee and filters provided), and toaster. There are some spices for all our guest chefs as well! - On-site washer & dryer for all your laundry needs - The house has an A/C (heat pump) that provides both heating and cooling. Wifi: Wave Broadband internet (250 Mbps internet speed) ensuring you can take your Zoom or Teams calls. Exterior: - Covered deck and deck chairs The house doesn't have any stairs inside. Mt. Rainier National Park access through Stevens Canyon Rd Entrance depending on weather/snow. Access to everything except the garage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us via the Platform. Brand new vacation neighborhood with beautiful views close to the center of Packwood (walking distance) and the Cowlitz River park and everything Packwood has to offer. Please note: as the neighborhood is actually new, few cabins are still in the process of being finished. We haven’t experienced any noise and quiet hours are surely observed, but You may occasionally see construction equipment/trucks. You are super close to the center of Packwood and can easily walk to restaurants or grocery store. For longer trips a car is needed. Bikes are welcome and safe to ride through the neighborhood. Pets: Well-trained dogs are welcome. - Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet: we provide bowls, blanket and toys. - Please use provided covers for the furniture in the living room and limit your pets to the dining and living room area, if left in the cabin without supervision (we can provide a medium sized crate per request). Accessibility: - There are 2 steps to enter the house, side (patio) door has stairs to the patio on the side of the house, no stairs inside. - There is no railing on the car ramp to the garage - please watch kids and pets. Safety: - Outside Motion/audio triggered cameras on the front and the side doors of the house overlooking the front/side porch respectively for the safety of our guests and our cabin. Please do not tamper with cameras views. Thank you. - Fire extinguishers and first aid kit located in the bathroom under the sink. **About Fees & Pricing** - The regular nightly rate covers up to 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests, so we can prepare the cabin accordingly.
