Villa Elena is a spacious and brightly decorated Mediterranean-style villa with spectacular views of the famed Siete Pecados and Roca Encantada. The home has a pool, airconditioning in all the bedrooms, heated showers, access to 2 beaches and comes fully furnished with a caretaker. There is a cook available for hire. Additional fees apply for extra heads. We advise guests to take caution when swimming in the water depending on the season. Wearing water shoes are recommended. Villa Elena consists of two wings in a house perched on a rock that overlooks the sea. There are two sets of dining and living areas, one kitchen and two terraces with equally amazing seaside views. The multi-level house and the gardens have private areas for you to enjoy a book, a nap or the sun! The house has 4 bedrooms. Each of which are air conditioned and have their own bathrooms with heated showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with an outdoor grill, cooking utensils, a stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a toaster oven, pots and pans, plates and dining ware. The house comes with a maintenance crew on standby for queries and assistance when it comes to using the house's amenities. Because we practice social distancing, interaction with the caretakers will be limited to arrival and departure only except for emergencies. Our home is located in an exclusive part of Guimaras, with only a few locals living nearby. You can expect to be free of crowded beaches, flocks of tourists and noise in Villa Elena. Public transportation is by tricycle and jeepney. To the Navalas Church is a 10 minute walk. There are several sari-sari stores or neighbourhood stores that sell basic items around the area. Villa Elena is a place of tranquillity and wellness. Our guests come here to unwind and simply relax. We are taking extra precautionary measures when it comes to cleanliness and disinfecting the house before and after arrival of our guests. You may book a masseuse in advance as therapists are based on availability. We also have a library of DVDs to choose from as well as a karaoke system. We also have a staff house with its own private toilet and bath. Accommodates 3 people. Feel free to bring your nannies and drivers. There's a room for everyone for a minimum additional cost. Swimming conditions may vary due to the season. However, for when the waters are too rough for activities, we can provide options to travel to the nearby islets for snorkeling, swimming, etc. Bringing of food and cooking meals on the premises is highly encouraged. You may do your shopping in Iloilo City or in the market of Guimaras upon arrival, as there are no commercial establishments near the house. However, water, ice, beer and soda may be purchased near Villa Elena.
