The master suite features a large walk in closet and master bath with the guest bedrooms & bathroom on the opposite side. Plantations is a beautiful community with green space, ponds, mature landscaping and walking paths. This beautiful condo located on a second floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. *We provide bath towels, bed linens, and extra blankets/pillows. We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash) in each bathroom. *Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with Kcups). Feel free to use our washer and dryer (there is detergent and dryer sheets) *If the weather doesn’t cooperate, or you just want to stay home for a bit - you can always find something to do in the house. Our TV’s logged in with Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Peacock, and Hulu. There is plenty board games and puzzles for adults and kids. *Beautiful 3 season room has a large sitting area along with a table for dining with beautiful pond views. *Master Bedroom includes a king size bed with a TV *Bedroom 2, includes a queen size bed *Bedroom 3 includes a queen size bed, little balcony with beautiful pond view * Other thing : house is not listed as pet friendly,however, we may allow some pets on case by case basis. And looking forward to being your host! There are 2 assigned parking spots in front of the building. You will need to park on a parking spot # 4 . Please do not park on neighbors parking spots. You will get towed at your expense. Check in with a lock box. You will get a passcode for lock box prior check in. I will be available by text anytime during your stay. Please let me know if you need anything specific during your stay. This community is gated and has 2 beautiful ponds with fountains and plenty of open space. There is a community pool. Pool is open between Memorial and Labor Day . AGE REQUIREMENTS - 25 YEARS OLD SECURITY CAMERA HAS TO BE ON ALL THE TIME NO SMOKING OR VAPING - we are very sensitive to smoke and vaping residue. Please honor our STRICT NO VAPING an NO SMOKING policy. Smoking or vaping in or around the house, balconies, porch, staircase is strictly prohibited, will result in extra cleaning and recovery fees, and may result in early termination of your stay. 500$ fee if we notice any smoking or vaping activity after checkout. NO PARTY - heads up : our place is not good at all as a "party house". Our neighbors will definitely call the police with any disturbances and prohibit parties. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS quiet hours are from 8 PM-8AM daily. Disturbance of the neighbors peace will cost renter 500$ , and immediate eviction from the property.
