The guests have access to the entire condo. The condo is located on the water and is perfect for boating, watching the boats and water skiing. It is also close to shopping and nightlife. If you have a boat, the water is wonderful and the condo is close to everything by water. Condo also comes with a 10'x24' Boat slip. Otherwise, by car and the roads and highways are really nice. I'm not sure why AirBnB listed "Free Breakfast" on my listing and I have been unable to delete it. This is a private condo and meals are not provided by the host.
