Located on creek, grd level, steps from Frisco's Main St. (shops/restaurants) 2 bikes, sleds, snowshoes & shared indoor pool/hottub/laundry! Local FREE shuttle across the street for skiing. STR-010116 Mod Lodge Frisco is totally renovated (floors redone Spring 2023), ground floor, Creekside and steps from Main Street, Frisco- with comfy deck on creek (with a grill and firewood for wood burning fireplace) and view of Mt. Royal (there is a building on the other-side of the creek but Mt. Royal rises above it for views). Kitchen is well stocked with all you may need to cook while here. Mod lodge is a 2 bed/2 full bath condo with 3 beds. Bedrooms aren’t huge so keep in mind luggage may be best stored in closets. There is one dresser in the master bedroom as well. There is a small desk in the 2nd bedroom if private work space is desired. This is a ground level condo unit, there are units beside and above Mod Lodge, so minor noise may be heard from these shared spaces. Laundry is not in the unit but is 3 doors down the hall in the same building- same floor. Who stays indoors though as Summit County is all about being outside! And you will love Frisco as it is the heart of Summit County without all of the hustle and bustle of the other major towns but allows for easy access to all of the major skiing & even provides a FREE shuttle! Walking to all of the restaurants and shopping on Main allows for convenience. In the summer, take your blanket to the free outdoor concerts at the Frisco Historic Park (easy walk) or to the sandy beach at the marina! Use the 2 loaner bikes to ride up (or down) from Vail Pass! Guests have full, private access to all of the amenities the condo has to offer. Wifi is 200 mbps. The only shared spaces include the coin (or app) operated laundry (in the same building just not in the unit), club house with sauna, heated indoor pool and indoor hottub (pool/hot tub/sauna area open Tuesday- Saturday 10am-10pm- closed Sunday and Monday) and parking lot is shared as well. Trash building is available for recycling and trash drop off. I do not live on site so will only socialize with my guests via phone, email, text. Frisco is the heart of Summit County and a small quaint town. There are endless trails for biking, running and hiking in the summer/fall and easy access to Copper Mountain (6 minutes), Breckenridge (12 miles), Vail (30 miles), Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, etc !! With the marina on Main Street - there is easy access to a sandy beach (no swimming but perfect for kids to play in the sand) and water sports (Paddle boarding, boating). The Summit Stage is a FREE shuttle that you can get steps from our place - and takes you all over Summit County! How easy to not have to deal with and pay for parking at the Ski Locations!!!! Plus, sometimes you come to visit and want to ski different mountains - its so nice to be staying in the middle of it all! There are 2 loaner bikes for summer riding! Please note this is a ground level unit so there are shared spaces around the unit -with people living above you and beside you. Sometimes you can hear noise from other guests.
