Villa La Sirena Ltd is built in a minimalist Palladian style -- all pure, gleaming white and sea blue. A huge central living room with built-in bancos (banquettes) opens out through mahogany-stained cedar French doors to a covered patio and terrace with a plunge pool -- with views all the way down the coast to Pedro Bluff. Two king-size A/C bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in marble, white stone, and tile also open up through French doors to the pool, deck, and expansive tikki hut/eating area with sea breezes and sunsets. A third large A/C bedroom with a queen size bed, plus one twin and a private bathroom. Two single A/C bedrooms have been added, which share the bathroom that is located in the spacious, green-tiled kitchen, plus ceiling fans throughout the property provide a great breeze. Spacious living room with french doors looking out to the patio, pool, deck, and Caribbean sea. Established botanical gardens in the front are planned to showcase the villa with a collection of travelers, chinese and royal palms, agaves, and specimen aloe & cacti. Villa La Sirena Ltd is set off the country road in Billy's Bay, a peaceful, quiet area -- a 10-minute drive or 30+ minute walk to Calabash Bay, restaurants, local shops, and bars. Local guides are available for touring by land or sea to YS Falls, Bamboo Alley, Appleton Rum, Pelican Bar, Black River, Sunny Isles, or Lover's Leap, plus sport fishing, snorkeling, and birding. Rentals of mt. bikes/helmets and mopeds are also available. Airport meeting service, roundtrip transfers with PPV insured/certified private driver/vans, spa services and babysitting can be arranged for guests. Guests rent the entire house and have full access to the property whether there is 1 guest or a full rental group of 10 guests. The property is only yours to use with staff who will cook breakfast and dinner and clean for you daily. Monica, your house manager, will greet you upon your arrival and give you keys to the property as well as answer any questions you may have (wifi login, general neighborhood details, etc.). If you would like an arriving meal, we will discuss and organize your details (food allergies, dietary restrictions, strong food dislikes) and relay them to Monica. You pay her once you get settled by receipts and records. Additional Staff: Taeshin - pool, groundskeeper, property caretaker, nightly security Uan - PPV insured driver available to hire for airport transportations and land excursions. Boat excursions are organized by Monica. No charge for children age 2 or under Cook, housekeeper, and caretaker/nightly security are provided. We suggest you pay 15% of the rental rate for staff gratuity. This is paid on island directly to staff at the end of your stay. Stocking of Groceries/Pantry Supplies: Pre-stocking of the villa with food and beverage items can be done for bookings of 3 nights or more. Clients refund Monica by receipts and records.
