Airports: We are a 2hr scenic drive along the north coast highway from: A) Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay and B) Norman Manley International In Kingston C) 15 minutes Drive from Ian Fleming International Airport D) 15 minute Flight from Montego Bay Airport to Ian Fleming Airport The 6 rooms include 2 (double bed) rooms on the 1st floor 1 King bedroom on the 2nd floor 1 bedroom ( double bed x2 ) on 2nd floor 1 bedroom (double bedx1) on 2nd floor 1 (bedroom) (double bedx1) on 2nd floor For larger groups there are : 2 additional bedrooms (1 double bed each) on the 3rd floor (with balcony)- The entrance to the 3rd floor is separate from that of the 1 and 2nd floor apartments. The property (house) has a manual sliding gate and monitored by security system. The gate is controlled by security therefore guest are requested to indicate their return times if returning late so that the security can be at post to open gate on your return. Check in and departure times are also requested as staff are required to check off remote items used and towels on departure. On Check-in- there is a walkthrough with house safety guidelines before keys are handed over. The responsible persons booking must be present for the walk through and at least 70% of group- if a group booking is made. Our home is a no-smoking home please. We are 10 minutes from the Oracabessa and 7 minutes outside the town of Port Maria. Our caretaker/s are onsite for the duration *All overnight guest must be registered * Day visitors: Must be discussed with owner prior to arrival for approval. The maximum number of day visitors is determined by the number of registered overnight guests. *Additional charges of $10 per person will apply if the approved number of total persons is exceeded. *All visitors of guest must be registered. *If the approved number is exceeded then this is considered an event and additional charges will apply. Contact owner for approval first. We have a recommended driver for our guest. If any other driver is used the driver is requested to present their ID (drivers license) 24hrs before check-in to allow for security clearance. Drivers who cannot provide a valid ID will not be allowed on the property. For check-in after 5:30pm there is an additional charge of $60 as the onsite manager will have to stay later to do the orientation. A manager is available to help with your needs. No smoking allowed inside of house or on balconies- ( smoking in designated areas outside of house only) On arrival you are briefed with a house guideline contract and are required to register the names of all guests- valid ID's required We recommend that once the booking is approved you are invited to join a groups Chat to enable better clarification of questions by group members and easy access to management and/or owner. The house is situated on 1 acre of land and is uniquely located 30 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios allowing you easy access to a wide number of beautiful beaches and breathtaking attractions. A private tour driver can be arranged on request with the ability to transport up to 15 guests per bus. For larger groups- arrangements can be made on request. Airport pickup and drop off at all times are available. Our Tour Consultants and will also be able to take you to all of the listed destinations and attractions. If you are flying in, Montego Bay airport is recommended. You can also arrive through the Kingston airport. Arrangements for airport pick up applies to both airports. Transport arrangements are at additional cost. For those who prefer to fly instead of driving from the airport, the Ian Fleming International Airport is 15 minutes from Sandy's Villa. On confirming the booking on Airbnb you will be asked to review and sign the attachment with house rules and guidelines Additional weekly cost of $40/applies to general cleaning/service for bookings over 5 persons ( rate on public holidays is double)
