Our cottage style units is located on the lagoon side of the main road, opposite us is the Mariposa Resort, where the entire staff welcomes you to jump in their swimming pool or down the road at the Placencia Beach Club. Our unit is solar with power backup. Our LED lighting package is engineered with dimmers everywhere to create a perfect mood to entertain or just kick back. Large Roko TV with great sound system for music and movies. The sound bar is bluetooth.... You will have access to the condo, star gaizing on the ground level and palapa. Our area is SAFE to be outside at night, leave your things on the deck or just star gaze in the front yard. Neighbors keep their dogs from barking and running loose. We have no crime in our area. Its peaceful at night. We have the local fish Co-op in our area. The airport is beside for small & private aircraft that do not fly much after dark. You can rent a car but book ahead in the winter season.Several places rent golf carts and bikes. There are lots of places you can walk to. Some tour guides will pick you up on the canal for water tours or our building. Mariposa Beach Resort offers all amenities for our guests wigreatchef, fun staff, pool, water toys, racked beach, private dinners that you catch on your fishing trip so Enjoy! On the main road there is Los Porticos with a great Italian Restaurant and wine store. The famous Turtle Inn is one of our resort neighbors, owned the famous Francis Ford Coppola Family. Hobbs Brewery is just north of us and a large grocery store 5 minute drive and even Chillpoint coffee shop. We are located just off the beaten track, yet only an 8 minute drive to the center of the village of Placencia and 5 minutes from the airport.
