In our native language Dhivehi, the name of the island ‘Dhigurah’ can be directly translated into ‘Long Island’. Dhigurah is well-known as one of the most beautiful local islands in Maldives which its outer shores are the home of Whale sharks & Mantas. The island is also famous for its gorgeous long tailed beach at the tip of the island. It's approximately 1hr 45mins express ride per way. (Ideal option if you need to get to your destination faster and at convenience and if you're willing to pay a little extra for transport) Option 2- DOMESTIC FLIGHT (20 mins per way) which costs $135 per person per way, have around 6 flights everyday to and from the Male' International Airport to the nearest airport, which is Maamigili International Airport, from where you'll need to take a 10 mins speedboat ride to the destination.
