Our home located in Frederick's historic district has been completely renovated on the inside. Two bedrooms each with their own full bath, central air, open concept kitchen and family room, private off street parking, comfy beds, cable TV, internet & furnished with guests in mind. Perfect for a Frederick getaway, our cozy home is not suitable for small children and no pets are allowed. The In Town Charmer is perfect for a Frederick getaway or for the business traveler looking for modern amenities and comfort. The exterior of our stand alone home has wonderful historic charm, but the inside is all newly renovated with lots of natural light and modern comfort in mind. Two bedrooms each with queen beds and en suite bathrooms and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar for dining. Please note that there is no dining room or dining table, only the breakfast bar and large coffee table in TV room. You have the entire house, yard and two off street parking spaces. You will gain access through the side door with a code you get before your stay. We are always available by phone and or email if any issue arises. If you are planning a longer stay we may be by to cut the grass. The In Town Charmer is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within the historic district and is completely accessible to all downtown activities. You can walk almost anywhere, but there are lots of places to explore within a short drive. There are a few things to note, our home is on the smaller side and there are lower ceilings in some areas. We do not have a washer and dryer in our home. Both bathrooms are upstairs. There is not a dining table, just a breakfast bar. Due to historic restrictions, windows and doors are original and cannot be replaced. But that's what make's our home and the Frederick historic district so charming. We just love it for weekend getaways and hope you will too. Please note that our base rent is based on two guests. There is a slight upcharge for 3-4 guests.
