At night, grab a drink and a blanket while you count how many shooting stars you see sitting on the balcony. The screened porch is also a plus on those buggy summer evenings. The Atlantic House cottage was completed in December 2020. All stainless steel appliances and stylish furniture are top of the line. To enhance the cottage feel, every room has shiplap walls and tongue and groove ceilings. Most of the landscaping lights are solar powered. The landscaping is filled with greenery. There is a seasonal garden with fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. At The Atlantic House the convienience store, beach access and restaurant are in walking distance of 3 minutes. After booking the cottage you can rent a golf cart to get around the island. There is parking at The Atlantic House. The Atlantic House is centrally located in a private subdivision on Elbow Cay called New Settlement. LVA convenience store is 3 minutes away from The Atlantic House. There is also a beach bar and beach access in walking distance. Booking a golf cart is recommended but you can also rent bikes at the local bike shop. The kitchen at The Atlantic House is fully equipped. The outdoor and indoor lights are all dimmer switches. Washer and Dryer available to guest with stays longer than 7 nights. We also have a back up generator.
