WE SURVIVED IAN WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE LIVING SPACE OF OUR DUPLEX, ONLY THE GROUNDS, PATIOS AND GARAGES WERE DAMAGED. THE GARAGE DOORS WERE REPLACED 12/8 AND THE GROUNDS AND NEW FURNISHINGS ARE REPLACED! Sleeps six comfortably, with separate bathroom vanity along with full bathroom with large shower. There is a linen storage closet and stackable washer/dryer. There are TV's in both bedrooms, along with one in the living room. Street side bedroom has a desk for the working traveler. This space can open up to the South side to accomodate four more guests if available for an additional per night price. I am available most o the time, my home is across the street, I am a phone call or text away most of the time. RESTAURANTS ARE REBUILDING AFTER IAN!! Very quiet neighborhood, you can walk South just under a mile to Docs restaurant or to Coconut Jacks just a short distance on Bonita Beach Road. You are on Little Hickory Island, so you have everything you may want right here. Fishing, paddle board, kayak or even rent a boat just a short distance North. Life is good in this neighborhood!
