Sip your morning coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over the Pacific. Or spend your day lazing in one of the two pools. There is also a kids pool, beach access (toes in the sand!), kids play area, gym, games room and social areas. A short elevator ride will take you from your 15th-floor condo to the main floor, where you have direct access to pools, the beach, covered parking and lobby. Take a walk on the beach, relax in the sauna, play games, get a massage, kayak in the ocean, test your balance on a stand-up paddleboard all from the condo. If you feel like seeing more that just Coronado Bay, taxis and nearby buses can take you to wherever your heart desires. The options are endless for enjoying your time away in paradise! I live onsite! I am available to answer questions you may have. There are restaurants and mini-grocery stores within walking distance. The building has 24hr security. Renting or having a car for self-guided exploration is your best option, but there are coaster buses that stop often right across the street. It’s a 5-minute taxi to the Pan-American highway, where inexpensive buses depart every 5-20 minutes to Panama City and others. If you’re flying in from out of the country, I can recommend a trusted, private transport service from Tocumen airport (around $85) and Panama City (around $70) to the building. Car rental companies deliver to the property! Whatever your transportation needs, I've got you covered! **Are you excited to book a short visit for this winter? I am, too! Winter is the best time to visit Panama! Due to the extreme interest during those months, I start booking in OCTOBER. If you have not booked anything by then and are still interested, come check back!** Please note, for long-term rentals (1 month and over), the renter pays for the electricity (amount is largely dependent on ac usage $30- $350 apprx). For stays longer than 3 months, the renter will pay the monthly electricity as well as cable/internet ($70/mo).
