Our place offers the best of both worlds, combining the tranquility of the bush and forest with the convenience of being just 15 minutes away from Apia Town and the markets. From our spacious balcony, guests can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and witness the beauty of the early morning sunrise. Thanks to the elevated location, our house captures refreshing cool breezes in the evenings, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests will be provided with my parents contacts who are close-by and will be able to assist with anything you need for your stay. Conveniently located within 5 minutes from supermarkets and petrol station. Guests can enjoy the modern interior, neutral colours and open-plan living. All rooms have ceiling fans and hot water is supplied via solar panels. The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The property is fully gated and lockable providing a safe and secure home. The surrounding neighbourhood is a tight-knit retiree community. This house is owner-operated and will supply cash power for the duration of your stay. Important note: The house is located on Bank Street about 2kms down from the main Cross Island road in a remote area (about a 5min drive from the main road). The street has very limited street lights and is pretty dark for the most part of it when driving at night so please be mindful of this when booking. As you may/ may not know, Samoa does not have any street addresses. Houses are identified by village names, landmarks and families so explaining where exactly the house is located can be difficult. Confirmed guests will be given contact details of hosts Liz & Alo who will then arrange to meet and take you to the house. We also have a gardener who maintains the lawns and gardens couple days a week.
