In-Town Cottage by the River
Experience the Bitterroot Valley comfortably from our roomy and private backyard guesthouse in the heart of Hamilton. Walking distance to everything our town has to offer, and steps away from the Bitterroot River and stunning scenery; whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or work, you'll find yourself right at home. Short-term rental license: #322341. Everything you need for one night or a month; the cottage features an oversized living room with two sitting areas, a TV loaded with Netflix and HBO, and sliding doors that access a generous patio area. The fully functional kitchen offers glimpses of the Bitterroot Mountains, all the necessities, and free laundry. Bedroom, full bathroom, and dining area complete the guesthouse. There's plenty of room for a couple, a family, or a business traveler (or wanderer) looking to settle in for an extended stay. Guests have full access to the cottage, plus a private side patio with an awning and cozy chairs in summer. The whole backyard is also accessible, though you might catch us out in our garden or grabbing bicycles. The cottage is on a quiet alley, though there is morning trash service once a week. While we will be in the main house during your stay, we strive to provide privacy for our visitors. You are always free to text or call if you have questions or are looking for recommendations. Located on the southwestern side of Hamilton, we offer easy access to the Bitterroot Mountains and River for day excursions of almost any outdoor activity: biking, climbing, fishing, hiking, boating, and more. In the winter less than an hour drive gets you to Lost Trail Powder Mountain – a local gem for downhill skiing and snowboarding – or Chief Joseph Pass (on the Continental Divide) for epic cross country ski trails. Two reserved parking spaces are available outside the cottage, with street parking readily available.
