Built in 2014, this 600 square-foot second-story fully furnished designer studio, with a parking spot 4 steps to your entrance, has a washer/dryer in the unit and is nestled among beautiful trees, and is completely private. Just a few miles to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Culver City. 15 minutes to LAX. The studio sits above a large garage. Beach ready with coolers, beach towels, and beach chairs, plus a private washer/dryer with supplies. It has a skylight and lots of windows with natural light filtered through beautiful trees. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen and floor to ceiling marble bathroom, dining area, printer/office space and cocktail bar. Amenities galore! Plus your own private balcony looking over a gorgeous park surrounded by trees, for smoking or having a nice meal. It has heat and air conditioning and a beautiful gas fireplace with just a touch of a button! There is a queen-sized Tempurpedic bed with luxury bedding. We are happy to provide an inflatable second bed for a $20.00 fee. You must request this at the time of booking. An entry door 4 steps from your personal off street parking spot leads to a private coat room. And a third door leads to the studio. Very secure! We live in a single family home behind the studio. There are no common walls between the studio and the main house. You may never even see us if your stay is short. We can help with all your needs and any questions you may have. The area is very safe and the street is one of the most beautiful in LA. No homeless problem in this area! The studio is located on a wide parkway lined with liquid amber trees. The Mar Vista Park is just across the street, with a wonderful playground, pool, running track and sports facilities including a professional size soccer field, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, workout equipment, and an outdoor hockey/skating rink. Whole Foods, Chipotle, shopping, cafes and Mar Vista’s Lost and Found Cocktail Bar are a short walk down the street. Centrally located near the 405 and 10 freeways, and 2.5 miles to the beach. The studio comes with parking on the driveway. Buses run on nearby streets. Light rail station is a few miles away. LAX is 15 minutes away by car, cab or ride share, 30 minutes by bus. There is a fee of $20.00 per night for a 3rd person and a 2nd (inflatable) bed is available upon request. For 2 guests or 2 guests and 1 infant, the inflatable bed is available for a $25.00 one time fee. Smoking on balcony only. Pets allowed but must be pre approved.
