Events: Events are allowed and have to get the approval of the owner/manager. For basic events, there is a cover charge of US$25 per person ... this does not apply to guests staying at the villa Each guest can golf at nearby Rose Hall's Golf courses, Cinnamon Hill and White Witch golf courses. You will have also access to the beach at the luxury resort Jewel Grande Montego Bay, which is a quick 5 -minute drive from the villa. I am the villa manager and can be reached via email or telephone call before and during your trip. However, while you are on the property I have a local villa manager who can be reached 24/7 during your stay. Spring Farm neighborhood is a very prestigious and safe neighborhood. It's a 24 hour guarded gated community. Hawkeye Security or King Alarm, security companies in Jamaica, drive through the neighborhood daily. We also have a house alarm and outdoor video cameras. Restaurant: Check out our local -Scotchies Montego Bay - Authentic Jamaican food, quick friendly service and reasonably priced. Best chicken, pork and festivals you'll have! There is public transportation, however, it's best to hire our very reliable and responsible driver who has been with the villa for over ten years. Check in : 3:00pm Check out: 12 noon Rental Party: The Rental Party shall consist of Renter and a list of other persons that Renter shall provide upon request of Homeowner. Terms of Lease: The lease begins and ends at the Check-in Date and Check-Out Date noted. Proof of Identification: Homeowner reserves the right to request proof of identification and payment information from renter at Check-In. Gratuity: The property is staffed by our Chef, Butler, Housekeeper, Laundress and two Gardeners/Pool Attendants. Renter is responsible for paying a cash gratuity directly to the staff prior to departure. The recommended amount of the Gratuity is 10% between Dec 15-April 14 and 15% otherwise of the total cost of the accommodations.
