Directly oceanfront with a few steps to the rock pools. Just a short walk inside the gated property to beaches, pools, and coastline. Guests have full access to the grounds of Point Village “The Point” including 2 beaches, large swimming pool, sun warmed rock pools, and a long stretch of coast. Grounds perimeter trail and road is approximately 1/2 mile for walkers, runners, cyclists. You can see nearly all of 7-mile from the southwest corner of the property, and Booby Cay from the west. Swim, snorkel, or kayak the nearby caves and around Booby Cay, or take a walk down 7-mile and take a boat ride out. I’m available by phone or email and happy to assist with local knowledge. Located between Royalton and Hedonism II, with the best view of Booby Cay in the world, Point Village is close to the action, while providing privacy and security. Our beaches and grounds are private, but Adults can walk directly into 7-mile beach from the west end of the property. I can recommend a private driver for trips to the grocery or when you want to go out. Several taxis wait just outside the gate most days. Route taxis pass all day along Norman Manley blvd. But if you like to walk, it’s an easy walk down to the gas station / convenience store / ATM, or the craft market for souvenirs and lunch, or down 7 mile to several bars, restaurants, and shopping. Comes with bath towels and beach towels. Community beach chairs are available on both beaches. I make sure to leave some trash bags, dish soap, and toilet paper for your arrival, but if you’re staying awhile you should pick up consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc) as needed when you make your grocery trip.
