This 2 story home is located on a safe street with plenty of parking. Close to Cedar Point (8 miles), Sports Force (4 miles), Sawmill (1 mile), Huron boat ramp (2.5 miles), public beach (1.5 miles), Fabens Park (2.5 miles), and Jet Express to Put-in-Bay & Kelleys island (9 miles). Full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor, 1/2 bath on 1st floor. Wifi, bed linens, towels, TVs (basic cable-TV listing in photos), and grill. There is a small non-fenced front yard and a private back yard concrete patio with a grill and picnic table. The house is in close proximity (1-2 miles) to several parks and beaches if you need additional space for kids to run around outside. Guests will have access to the entire house (except basement and garage). There is a partially fenced patio off the main entry door that offers privacy with a picnic table, grill (seasonally), and chairs. Tim & Colleen live close by and are available if you have any questions or issues. We are both life-long residents of the area and are very familiar with everything there is to offer if you have any questions. Huron is a small town with great amenities. It is close to Cedar Point amusement park, we have one of the best boat ramps around, and gorgeous public beaches. Locally owned, family friendly restaurants and bars are close by with several offering seating near the water. We have information on the restaurants and areas we frequent and highly recommend in the house to help during your stay. Plenty of parking at house. Parking for 3-5 cars in driveway with approximately 50' of parking (for a boat trailer) along north side of garage. There is no public transportation in the area. Taxis and Uber available - contact information is in the house. We strive to provide a clean sanitized home for each guest. We laundry all towels, sheets, blankets, and bedspreads. Bed pillows are swapped out between guest stays. All common areas are sprayed with bleach spray and Lysol. Cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and Lysol are left for guests use.
