Fully equipped 4 bedroom house set in a large garden in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of rural Chinhoyi. The gardens have a number of trees which are hosts to a large variety of bird life. There is a swimming pool which is fully secured from access by young non swimmers. Just a few kilometers away you can visit the famous Chinhoyi Limestone Caves the depth of which has never been discovered. Chinhoyi is on route to Lake Kariba, Mana Pools and the Zambezi River. We call this the Chinhoyi Tree House not only because it has many trees on the property, palms, fruit and indigenous types, but also because the Dining Room is dedicated to paintings and prints of trees on all its wall space. This home is ideal for church groups or Bible Study groups who need to spend time together for teaching, videos and discussion, prayer or quiet time and fellowship. It is also excellent for a large family get together or a group of friends, to share good times and make memories together in a home of 5 lounges and gardens offering plenty of opportunity to enjoy in peace or in play. We are blessed with a wonderful climate when most days, even during the wet season, you will get to see plenty of blue sky and if you should step outside the house at night you will be amazed at the glorious view of the night sky. Our climate is mostly warm to hot, the colder months are from May through to end August and our wet season is from November through to end February. During the cold months you will not need warm clothes through the day, only in the early mornings and in the evenings. Every room is equipped with a fan to keep you cool through the day and night. A family bouquet will be available on TV, however, depending on the number of days you will be staying you may request the full DSTV bouquet if you should prefer this. A cleaning service is provided each morning (apart from Sunday mornings) to assist with dishes and keeping the floors clean. A gardener will be on the premises carrying out his normal daily duties, except on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. Throughout your stay a security guard will be on the premises from 6 pm to 6 am and will assist with opening the property access gates as well as ensuring none of your belongings go missing. We have a laundry where you can either do your own laundry or for a small fee this can be done for you. Fresh fruit and vegetables will be available, when in season, for your enjoyment and free of charge. There is a herb garden available for you culinary convenience. There is sufficient covered parking space within the premises for at least 4 cars and further space for cars to park though not under cover. You will have access to the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets, lounges, dining room and kitchen. You will also have access to the laundry, the gardens and the swimming pool. I live in the property next door and have access to the house through the shared boundary fence. I am willing to assist with any inquiries you may have or any problems you may encounter. On arrival at my home I will give you my contact number and advise you on how to reach me should you not have access to a phone. As you turn into the Orange Grove suburb of Chinhoyi you will see on your left the Orange Grove Motel which you may visit to have a meal or just to socialize with members of the local community. It is less than 1 kilometer from The Chinhoyi Tree House. The neighborhood consists mainly of other homes, however, there is a high school just across the road from the Chinhoyi Tree House. At times they can be a little noisy but the noise seldom lasts for any length of time. If you travel on up the road that passes through the Orange Grove Suburb you will reach the top of a hill which will give you a wonderful view of the entire town of Chinhoyi and its surrounding farms. Further on up this road you will come to Lomagundi College which is both a primary and secondary private school set in magnificent school grounds. As already mentioned Chinhoyi is home to the Chinhoyi Limestone Caves which are extraordinary and definitely worth a visit. In the grounds of the Chinhoyi Municipality you will find a wonderful example of the Baobab Tree and this too is worth a visit. Taxis are available if you do not have your own transport. Their service is friendly, trustworthy and at your convenience. I will assist you with the contact number for a reliable taxi once you arrive and are in need of this service. Chinhoyi has a couple of motels which serve good meals. My favorite place for coffee and lunch in Chinhoyi is The Fig Tree where you are guaranteed to get excellent food and coffee with excellent service. We also have a Chicken Inn and Pizza Hut in the town center for those who like fast food. A taxi service is available should you not have your own transport.
