Everything is brand new and top of the line, ready for your enjoyment. Anything you need to feel right at home is at your fingertips. Full access to our 3,000 sq ft home for your enjoyment! Number of Guests: Check in will be monitored to ensure the correct number of guests are staying at the lakehouse. Please make sure that only the guests that are on the reservation are on the property. There is a guest fee of $10/night per guest after the first 8 guests. This is to cover the more wear and tear on the house, greater utility use, possibly greater insurance costs, more laundry and associated expenses. If the number of guests will need to change, please just let me know :) If you are looking to have 12 guests on the reservation, please send a message first. Rooms: On the main level, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has the two twin beds. The other has a queen bed and a spacious bonus room attached. You can find an air mattress and bedding in the attached room. Beach Area: To access the private beach, you will need to walk down a couple flights of stairs. As of August 2020, the waves have washed up a good amount of rocks onshore. Please use sandals or beach shoes when walking on the beach. WiFi: As of December 22, 2021, we have upgraded the WiFi!! It will now allow streaming your favorite shows, movies and also music! There is also a DVD player so feel free to bring DVDs or gaming systems to connect to the aux HDMI cable that’s available! TV: There are two TVs. One in the main living room and one upstairs in the Loft area. The TV upstairs has a HDMI cable to hook up any games to. The TV downstairs has a DVD player already set up. Direct TV Internet and channels. Cellular Coverage: Cellular service in this area is very spotty. Guests are free to use the WIFI or the home phone as needed. Only domestic calls allowed. Rates: Daily rates vary. Please choose your specific dates in the calendar for a true reflection of your costs. Pets: Because our guests may have allergies to cats or dogs, we do not allow pets in our home. Other: There is a gas grill and propane tank for your grilling needs! Feel free to use the patio furniture in the garage. There is a table and plenty of patio chairs. We do try to to keep firewood there, however, if we are out, you can purchase firewood at any of the gas stations in the area. We will try to replenish dish soap, toiletries, etc. as often as possible, however, if we are out, there are stores just a few mins away!
