Town of Yelm with many fabulous dining options is just a 5 minute walk. There is a movie theater 5 minute walk with good food and cocktails in their lounge for 21 and over. Wonderful environment. Casa Mia for family friendly dining as well as our favorite la Guitana pizzeria, and several Mexican restaraunts to choose from. A wine bar in the park plaza as well. There is also a live theater if you enjoy the arts. We have prairie days carnival in june in the summer with a parade, and Christmas in the park in the winter, including a parade. Puyallup which holds washington state fair is also just 40 minutes away. If your adventurous, there is no limit to your fun. If you just want a getaway. We truly believe you'll enjoy this home. We have set up The home like a condo with board games.. and a home away from home feel, so you will be as comfortable as possible and are willing to help with anything you may need. The master bedroom has a king bed. We are a family with 8 children, so we are fairly versed in that area of expertise and can help with places to visit and sites to see. We also truly enjoy getting away on dates and have many recommendations for couples as well. If you are from out of state, Seattle is 1 hour and 15 minute drive. Portland is 1 hour 30 min. If your looking for big city adventure for a day.
