Walk or ride your bike to the beach or track! The private apartment has its own entrance and balcony. It has been newly renovated with a brand new bathroom and stainless steel appliances. This is a quiet flat with no one above you or below you. It’s a cute and a surprisingly spacious 2-bedroom unit, with a living room, full kitchen and bathroom. Dogs with approval are allowed. No cats sorry. Access to entire unit inside. Backyard is unavailable for use. We are a text or "knock" away should you have any questions during your stay. Close to the beach, downtown Solana Beach, shopping, the train station and Del Mar race track. You can walk or bike to most things and one of the things we love about Solana Beach is lots of free parking. Downtown San Diego and the airport is a short 20-30 minute drive or train ride. Our family does live on the main level of the home, and this is a quiet neighbourhood. Respect for both is expected.
