Enjoy your private 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on Lake Dillon and walkable to downtown. Less than 20min to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, & Copper Mountain. And 30min from Breckenridge & Loveland. Enjoy easy access to skiing, sailing, hiking, or cycling. This is a 2nd floor unit with 1 bedroom 1 bath unit which sleeps four comfortably. The fully stocked kitchen will make dining and entertaining easy. Enjoy views of Lake Dillon and the mountains from our balcony! You will have complete access to the condo (except for a small closet where we keep supplies) and to the balcony overlooking the lake. You will have an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage and access to additional uncovered parking if necessary. I will be available via email/phone to help with most requests during your stay. If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. We are located on the shores of Lake Dillon, an easy walk to the Dillon Marina. This is a great location if you enjoy sailing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The Marina offers rentals of sail boats, motor boats, kayaks, and SUPs. Our condo is on the Frisco - Keystone Dec Bike path. The rides on the dedicated paths to either Frisco or Keystone are scenic and enjoyable. And, if you're adventurous or want a challenge, you can take the trail to Breckenridge or ride Loveland Pass. Dillon also offers a summer, sunset concert series at the Dillon Amphitheatre. These are a 'must do' if you stay in Dillon. It's a short walk to the amphitheater or you may opt to drive. Regardless, it will be worth the experience of seeing the sun set in the background as you enjoy the live music. We are easily walkable to Dillon, the Dillon Marina, and the Amphitheatre. We're a 10min drive to quaint Frisco. The location is ideal for you to easily get to great ski resorts. Keystone (5.4mi), Arapahoe Basin (11mi), Breckenridge (15mi), Copper Mountain (13.8mi), or Vail (32mi).
