The Sandy Starfish is just a block from the beautiful and family-friendly beaches of Del Mar. The Sandy Starfish is a two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. When you first enter the home, you’ll see the master bedroom directly to your left. This bedroom has a King bed, a TV, a large closet, and its own personal en suite bathroom. With a double sink vanity and an extra-large shower, there is plenty of room to spread out in this private master bath. The master also has its own private entrance to the backyard. Downstairs you will also find the additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and share the second bath. This full bath has a double vanity, shower, and bathtub. Make your way upstairs to the spacious living room and kitchen, where the whole family can gather. You’ll want to spread out on the large wrap-around couch - big enough for everyone! The kitchen is fully equipped and just off of the living room. There is also a half bath upstairs. The deck off the kitchen brings a nice breeze into the home and has plenty of seating. From here you can take the outside staircase to the backyard. The backyard is the highlight of this house with all the bells and whistles you could want on vacation! Whether it's a rinse under the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, grilling up some dinner on the BBQ, or firing up the fire pit and winding down with a dip in the jacuzzi. This house has everything! Don’t forget to take advantage of the beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a cooler provided! At the Sandy Starfish, you are extremely centrally located. Walking into town or down to the beach is a breeze. This will certainly feel like your home away from home, we guarantee you won’t want to leave! All bedrooms and the living room have AC wall units and TV with cable. This home has central heat and a washer and dryer on-site. HOUSE RULES - Max Occupancy is 7 at all times, including visitors - Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 9am. . - No parties or gatherings please. - There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $50 per pet, per night. We only accept dogs, please no cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone & unattended during your stay. This pet fee is not collected at the time of booking. We will collect this payment after your reservation has been confirmed - There is a Ring camera at the front door area and in the back yard facing the back door and side yard. - We do not write leases longer than 28 nights in length. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we may ask for an additional theft/damage deposit. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - No street parking. CANCELLATION POLICY • A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
