We are one row of houses back from the beach, so you can hear the waves crash on the beach and it will take you just 1 minute to walk onto the beach from the house. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including the fastest internet access we could get in Stinson Beach (sorry, it's not that fast, about 6mb, but just enough for streaming HD). The kitchen was equipped by a Cordon-Bleu trained chef and all the furnishing are up to date. We're committed to keeping our carbon footprint small. Every bulb in the house is either CFL or LED. Power is primarily provided by solar panels on the roof. IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION - November 2021 Update Short term rentals are again allowed, but there are some challenges right now. We are short staffed on repair people and cleaners and while we've 99% managed to get everything done, there have been challenges. If you choose to stay at our place, we will be asking for your help in quickly reporting anything that's broken, so we can get it fixed as fast as possible. We will also be asking for your patience and understanding when it comes to any imperfections in the cleaning service. Mostly it's an issue of people availability and high turn-over, which means that sometimes things are not consistent or up to my own standards. If you are looking for five-star perfection in all areas, this isn't the place for you right now. We have really high standards - please read the reviews - I'm not trying to scare anyone off, but I do want to ask for a bit of understanding as we work on keeping pace withe repairs that come with a regular flow of guests. The whole house. And the beach. The only limitation is the garden shed, which is reserved for our usage and storage. We like to leave you in peace. You'll always know how to find us and our handyman and repair people are nearby. Wonderful neighborhood full of fantastic neighbors who are really friendly and used to a certain number of renters as this is a beach community. Not really, unfortunately, Definitely a car place. Amazing awesome fire pit for snuggling outside and roasting marshmallows. If you don't love that, you need therapy.
