We also provide your paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, in unit washer & dryer! FYI this condo is right next to the train tracks in Del Mar This condo is located right next to the tracks as the train runs up and down the Coastal cities. YOU WILL HEAR AND FEEL THE TRAIN FROM THIS LOCATION! We have many returning families who do not mind the train! You will love being able to walk to everything. The beach, restaurants, shops, park, playground and some even will walk to the San Diego Fairgrounds and the Del Mar Racetrack. This condo is the only unit that has a private outdoor shower on the back patio. Our renters with kids and surfers love this feature! You can shower off before coming in! The complex has a pool and heated jacuzzi. This is shared with the other tenants of Coast Del Mar. You will have your own private patio area that is not shared. We provide an outdoor BBQ This condo does sleep 6 but that is with children. We cannot accept more than 4 adults. The pool and jacuzzi area is a shared area with the families/tenants of Coast Del Mar. Please abide by the Homeowners Associations Rules and also be respectful to your neighbors. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. Hours 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. Swimming is at your own risk, there is not a lifeguard. The jacuzzi timer for the jets is located next to the shower. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the pool area without adult supervision AT ANY TIME. Glassware is not permitted. NO outside guests are allowed in the pool area without permission for the Owner or Manager. The front door is on keyless entry Right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to Powerhouse Park and playground. 1 block from 2 amazing ocean front restaurants; Jakes & Poseidon. 1 block from Del Mar's new lifeguard station with rest rooms & showers. The town home comes with 2 parking spaces. This unit is RIGHT NEXT to the train tracks. The train runs up and down the coastal cities. If you feel the train will bother your family, this is not the home for you. PLEASE NOTE: TENANTS STAYING IN THE DEL MAR BEACH COLONY AREA ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTENCE OF THE TRAIN WHICH RUNS THROUGH THE COLONY, ARE AWARE OF THE POSSIBLE NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOCATION, AND FIND THIS AN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. We do not have smart TV's at this condo yet (working on it!). The fireplace in the family room is NOT hooked up.
