Walk to: Financial District, Union Square, Grace Cathedral and other many places. Booking requires a 30 day minimum tenancy even if you want to stay less time. Looking for guests who wish to stay long term starting 9/1/2020. Mid Century Modern (MCM ) furniture (Kent Coffey MCM bedroom set; Danish and Paul Frankl attributed MCM in dining room and LR with Knoll fabric); great kitchen; totally renovated, immaculate and with hardwood floors (shoe free home). Laundry room and parking is on ground floor. Please let me know if you have a car as you need to provide the license plate to our management company. Nob Hill is a picturesque neighborhood blocks from major tourist and business sites. It's an ideal location for a quiet home base to explore or work in SF. Around the corner, you'll find Grace Cathedral, European-style Huntington Park, and historic San Francisco hotels (my 95 year old mother went out for dates at the iconic Tonga Room). The apartment is only a few blocks from downtown shopping in Union Square and the famous cable cars, and a short walk from offices in the Financial District and Market Street. Very central and walkable area. Easy to get to Trader Joes by foot if you have no car. There is also a corner market. Public transportation and Uber & Lyft are the easiest way to get around. I do have a parking space if you have a car. The Nob Hill Court requires signing of a short form lease agreement and acknowledgement of the house rules a copy of which I will provide to you. This must be signed prior to move in. There is also a $50 move in fee which I have included as part of the cleaning fee since there was no line item in that section for a move in fee. REGARDING MY REFUND POLICIES. Although I have chosen the Strict Policy for Rental Terms, please be advised that I will work with you to refund the rental fees to the maximum extent possible so long as I can book another guest. I will always seek to mitigate your and my loss. I think it only fair to work with guests in this manner and I know Airbnb will help us achieve a fair outcome when something unpredictable happens. I would never want to add to the stress. Here is an example to explain: If you rent from me for 30 days at $4000 and you need to cancel at any time prior to your stay, I will immediately seek another guest. If another guest books my house for 30 days during that same period, you will be completely refunded. If there is a difference in the days being booked by the new tenant, I will figure out a fair adjustment since I might have a vacancy period before I can get other 30 day tenant. Please also note Airbnb's Extenuating Circumstances policies: As stated therein, "Sometimes extenuating circumstances arise that affect travel plans. In extreme cases, Airbnb may override the host's cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, strict) and make refund decisions. Such cases will be contingent on proper documentation, where valid, and include: Death in the guest's family Serious illness of the guest or a guest's family member Natural disaster in the destination country Political unrest in the destination country Jury duty or other similar civil obligations" https://www.airbnb.com/help/policies/cancellations_and_refunds#extenuating_circumstances
