A fully furnished self catering house on the beach 8km's south from Inhassoro accessible by 4X4 vehicle only. Each room has a bathroom en-suite & leads out to an open patio. At the center of the house, there is a 70sq/m open plan kitchen, lounge & dining room leading out to a patio. Each bedroom leads out to the patio and is independent from the main kitchen/dining area. Each space is locked separately and has access to the garden. The rooms are expansive, have large windows and fans. There is a lot of cupboard space and 4 of the 6 rooms have safes. The lodge has EDM electricity. It is backed up with a solar system and wind turbine for when there are electrical interruptions. It is a self catering lodge that has a domestic service as well as 24 hour security. The house is accessed by using a dirt road which becomes sandy for the last 3 km's. You will need a high clearance vehicle or we could collect you. 4X4 is necessary. However not crucial, depending on your "non 4X4" driving skills! We have 24hour security as well as a host who will meet and greet you and show you all the necessities. A beach villa 8kms south of Inhassoro, 60meters from the beach in a quiet area. You will need your own transport, however, our host can collect you from the airport for a fee. Our host can also arrange island, fishing or even trips to BD. it is important to note that the last 3km's access to the house is by 4X4 or a vehicle with high ground clearance and difflock for those who have advanced driving skills without 4X4. Please understand that the house is self catering and the ability to purchase goods from the village is important that you will need transport of your own in order to buy supplies. Pricing notes; The house is only available for rent in its entire volume during peak seasons. This is December and Easter. The season in December is generally fixed with a minimum stay of 14 days. The Easter weekend is usually over 4 or 5 days and changes every year. Peak season rates are USD$300 for the entire no matter how many people occupy it. So please enquire? Alternatively, out of season rates are USD$20 per person per night minimum 2 persons.
