Its a one bedroom apartment on the lower storey of the host house with a separate entrance. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Smithy's apartment is located in a peaceful middle class neighnbourhood with lush green vegetation. There is a beach in walking distance. Its about 12 minutes drive from the Argyle International Airport and 20 minutes drive to capital city kingstown. I give my guests the space that is needed but i am open for socialization from my guests at their demands. Its great living here, no need to worry about anything. You may have to walk about seven minutes to the Bus stop if the host is not available to take you. A rental vehicle service can be organise at a cost of $46 USD per day. There are also taxi and bicycle services. There is a CRV Honda Jeep that guests can rent at a discounted rate of $46 USD per day. If guests are staying a week or more a local tour is provided free of cost.
