Welcome to Villa-7! This beautiful casita is located in BlueVenao on the Azuero Peninsula, a unique beachfront community and tropical paradise, with miles of amazing beaches. Just a 5 minute walk and you are on to beach! Our spacious and bright Villa-7 has 2 bedrooms, one w/Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and the other w/Twin over full bunk bed. Theres also a sofa bed in the Living. The open kitchen and terrace are fully equipped so you can relax, feel at home and enjoy your vacations! Modern and clean beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout. The place is perfect for couples, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a unique beach community experience. THE VILLA: 5 minute walk to the beach, surrounded by sea and nature. BEDROOMS: Bedrooms come with complete bedding clothes/linens, pillows and blackout curtains. BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with basics toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and extra toilet roll). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Our welcoming package includes coffee (our famously known and delicious Panamanian beans), sugar, salt, pepper and oil to cook; dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, new sponge and bin bags (2) for you to be set and ready as you arrive. LIVING SPACES: Integrated interiors with modern furnishings. The living space has a sofa bed and Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription. Kitchen bar seats 4. In the terrace theres a picnic dinning table for 6. GENERAL: High-speed Wifi. A/C in every room (3 units). Complete laundry with washer/dryer, towels for use inside the Condo, as well as for the pool & beach. *Carbon BBQ can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). *Crib and baby highchair can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). The Villa is located in Blue Venao, the highlight of Playa Venao, a charming gated community, surrounded by lush nature, rolling hills and tropical Azuero waters. Inside the project we have a designated area for parking, but the Villas and Condos street's are pedestrian-only streets. Clean-air and peaceful, safe for the kids / pets :) PARKING: You will be assigned a parking unit (1 vehicle) Theres additional parking in the Beach Club if needed. +The Beach Club and beach front is just 3 minutes away! +There are bike rental shops just outside the project! and don't hesitate to go on a horseback ride to enjoy the sunset. +You will find a new supermarket, and other basic services nearby- gas station, amazing restaurants, bars and shops for surfing gear or whatever you need for the beach.
