This has been our family’s vacation home for decades and now we’re very excited to let it be yours. Come visit! The house has 5 available bedrooms with A/C, each with its own bathroom and shower. It also has an additional bathroom for the common areas, if you don’t feel like going all the way to your room. The main common area is a palm tree “rancho”, with a dining table, a living room space and a kitchen. We also provide a bbq area *(we don’t provide charcoal. Please remember to bring your own.) In addition, there is a pool which you can enjoy while refreshing, as well as a smaller one suitable for children right next to it. These are accompanied by chaise longs where you can comfortably sunbathe all day long if you wish to stay dry. There is another “rancho” at the beachfront, with hammocks and a sitting area where you can sit back and relax to the sound of the waves and the ease of the sea breeze or enjoy a delicious afternoon nap on a hammock. - Bed linen and 2 bath towels per room are included. Pool Towels are NOT INCLUDED. - NO PARTIES OR SOCIAL EVENTS ALLOWED. The house has direct private access to the beach. No estaré presente, pero estoy disponible por celular o texto si me necesitan. The house is located along Costa del Sol’s main road. There is a supermarket located about 10mins away by car (8KM), although you can find small local shops nearby if you need the basics. The airport is also conveniently located about 30 min away (30KM). Although the area is a friendly neighborhood, we don’t recommend guests walking up and down the road by foot. There tends to be heavy traffic and the road is quite narrow. Traveling by car, however, is easy and safe. Worth mentioning: -Power outtages in the Costa del Sol area are not totally uncommon and we don't take responsibility for them. We don't own an electrical plant, but we do try to make the situation as comfortable as we possible can for our guests. -We do provide internet access, however the signal is best received in the common areas. In case there is a system failure, we try our best to communicate with the provider and make them fix the problem as soon as possible. -The property is located in a coastal area. Bugs and animals are not uncommon. If you happen to be allergic or annoyed by mosquitoes, please bring repellent (specially in the rainy season). -Although we provide a ''full'' kitchen, it is not a big kitchen. Big groups might find it has limited space. We do provide, however, the essentials to cook and serve.
