HEATING & COOLING The central air and heating is on the upper floor only and controlled by a Nest Thermostat. We have provided a space heater & portable AC in the lower bedroom (bedroom #2). INTERNET High-speed! 300Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails. ★ "Love the hot tub, the pool table, and the patio deck!" OUTDOOR SPACE Firepit, grill, patio furniture, and string lights are for your enjoyment! To ensure cleanliness and a positive experience for all guests, we do charge a $40 grill use and cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, while we provide a citronella candle and bug zapper to mitigate mosquitoes and insects, this is an outdoor area and we highly recommend bug spray! THINGS TO DO Lake Shannondale is the primary attraction in the area. SECURITY In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security cameras on the front door of the cottage. Entire space (including surrounding grounds), and all amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! BUSINESS HOURS M-F 9am-8pm EST S-S 9am - 5pm EST Peaceful mountain vacation neighborhood surrounding Lake Shannondale. Come enjoy the solitude in this hidden gem. This is a car dependent neighborhood. However, there is some nice hiking nearby and the lake is a short 5 minute walk NO FEES means we do not charge extra for linens, cleaning, or standard check-in. However, due to the added cleaning expenses of allowing pets, we charge a flat fee of $100. Additionally, if an early check-in or late check-out is requested, we offer these services for $30, subject to availability.
